Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Architect and propose Magento solutions as per product requirements. 2. Produce a solid, detailed technical design. 3. Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision. 4. Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround. 5. Train the subordinate team of developers. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Strong experience with the LAMP stack, MVC or ZEND framework 2. Strong HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, Ajax skills 3. Strong experience with building REST APIs for Mobile development 4. Excellent understanding of Object Oriented programming in PHP language 5. Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, operating systems, etc. 6. Well versed with GIT Version Control Systems, branching strategies and Release planning 7. Magento Build / Release (CI/CD, Test Automation, DevOps) 8. Understands AWS cloud infrastructure that is required for Magento Commerce cloud hosting. 9. Expert understanding of Magento's code, extensions, themes and fall back components 10. Experience in customizing Magento's front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates 11. 8 to 10 years overall and 3+ years of Magento2 development experience. 12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications : 1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer/IT with minimum 70% aggregate. 2. Magento Certified preferable. 3. Experience in ERP or CRM integrations with Magento is a huge plus
