Role:
Managing E-commerce sales and operations (Own Ecommerce platform as well as other platforms) for a lifestyle young consumer electronics brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team who is keen to manage and help grow a brand in the highly competitive E-commerce space.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall marketplace P&L and reconciliation of accounts,
- Accountable for MOM sales growth
- Managing products and listings on all leading portals like Flipkart/Amazon.
- Exploring other relevant platforms and ensure sales on these platforms
- Driving brand growth and market share with strong analytics.
- Maintaining customer acquisition cost & ACOS.
- Maintaining category & competitor intelligence.
- Working closely with the marketing team to push sales,
- Working closely with operations and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience across touch-points.
- Maintain high customer ratings & positive customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Keen analytical mind, attention to detail, reliable and strong work ethic.
- Experience/Prior Knowledge in Digital Growth Marketing & E-Commerce Channels Platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Looking for someone who proactively gets work done and ready to work individually as well as in teams.
- Should be comfortable working in a young organization and be able to convert strategies into execution.
