Manager - Ecommerce
- Build and implement strategies to maximize conversion % for all products
- Explore newer channels of ecommerce/ marketplaces for sale of Pearson products.
- Work closely with the marketing, content creation teams to execute campaigns for entire portfolio of Pearson Products.
- Manage Product listing, continuously update and manage content on E-commerce portals.
- Highlight Price , vis a vis competition both category and sub category wise and plan our offers accordingly.
- Monitor stocks on a daily/weekly basis on the platforms
- Ensure smoother operations and better delivery SLAs including appointments at warehouses.
- Coordinate with product team for front list promotion
Major KRA's :
1. To drive primary sales and support for secondary sales for product line of TEST PREP and PTG: Professional Computing, High Level IT Professional Books.
(2.) To get an overview from Amazon and Flipkart on monthly basis about what really is selling over ECOMM platforms in STEM, B&E, Under Graduate, Test prep, PTG and as compared to competition where we in Pearson stand in terms of market share and accordingly identify our gap areas to fill-up the untapped market.
