The POC will be required to work with agencies to ensure better quality of UX/UI, keyword optimization for better results. Analyze and work on set KPI and enhance Organic sales for the Brand. Responsibilities : - Managing and building our SEO strategy for our local websites in tight collaboration with Internal as well external teams includes Marketing, Product & technology - Grow traffic and revenue coming from search engines organically - Ensure better UX/ UI for learners on website - Increasing D2C sales by improving visibility on major search engines (Google, YouTube & Amazon along with few others) and other websites. - Research on popular sites/ communities/ platforms among the target audience to secure your presence and links. - Analyze linking environment and current market position to strategically generate a healthy link graph for the company by detecting brand mentions and backlink opportunities. - Manage all necessary levers to improve SEO, such as leading by example in making technical changes, driving improvements to website's Content Management Systems, partnering with Technology team and other Product & Marketing teams to improve page designs and content quality - Develop tracking, metrics, and reporting to analyze overall SEO performance and success of specific initiatives. - Performing SEO website crawls and audits, preparing redirects, finding SEO related problems and implementing solutions. - Work with internal teams to do ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and trend reviews to identify SEO opportunities. - Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO performance. - Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis. - Manage Local SEO (GMB and 3rd party local channel manager). - Understanding on SEO tools such as Search Console, GMB, Semrush, Cognitive and other SEO Brand monitoring tools. - Setting up KPIs and tracking the results to ensure MOM performance. - Co-ordinating with agency for better implementation and setting targets for them and yourself. Required Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with proven results at Brand or agency. - Advanced level of communication and content writing skills. - Experience in managing Technical SEO, comfortable with web technologies such as HTML, Javascript. - Hands-on experience in managing On-page and Off-page optimizations, Keyword optimization. - Experience in Content SEO, keyword research and metatags and content SEO audits. - Excellent analytical skills to identify the gaps. - Knowledge of tools: Ahrefs, Senuto/SEMrush, Google Analytics, Hootsuite are mandatory - In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
