Duties for the Business Process Excellence will include :-

- Business requirement Analysis and Research

- Key point of contact for driving business Excellence

- Responsible for Rolling out and achieving sales and KPI targets.

- Managing Training budget

- Responsible for deploying all global training and CX strategies.

- Work closely with global counterparts to ensure one brand, one team, one voice strategy.

- Coaching and mentoring

- Training needs analysis.

- Key point of contact to measure business success and training impact through various metrics.

- Cost control in operations vs. last year

- Gap analysis

- Operations management

- Weekly replenishments, stock analysis

- Strengthen brand identity through focused customer engagement and superior brand experience.

- Operations and Process Improvement

- Business Transition

- Identification and Implementation of corrective action plan technique

- devising organizational Sales and training strategies

- Customer experience

- Customer escalations management

- Retail KPI's

- Sales target allocation

- Comp brand sales/offers mapping.

- Stock vs. space and sales analysis

- Visual merchandising/implementation

- Category contribution to sales
