Current Requirement is of a Manager HR for our Factory in Gurgaon. - Managing Employee Relations at all levels. - Dealing with HR, Compliance, CSR & Administration Activities - Negotiations and amicably settling disputes with the Workers and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels. - Appraising the employee performance at the end of each cycle to identifying the Star Performers, Average Performers or Poor Performers. - Monitoring the payroll inputs like attendance records, leave, leave encashment, LTC, loss of pay, deductions, Wage Survey & finalization. - High Negotiating Skill with Labour Contractors. - Handle Disciplinary proceedings -From Show cause to Termination - Coordination with Govt. Departments like- Labour Dept., Police Dept., Hospitals, Nearest Industries management, press and local community etc. - Ensure legal compliance of all applicable Statutory Provisions. - Handling Insurance Policies / matters and processing of claims in the event of loss / accident. - Streamlined the contractual management system and prepared the S.O.P. for contractual management and regular follow up of statutory compliances with respect to contract labour and ensuring 100% compliance. - Conducting GAP analysis for identifying the training needs; planning and scheduling training programs as per need analysis and measuring the effectiveness - To ensure Security & Safety of our people, Factory & property by way of: Networking with all concerned to maintain & improve intelligence service. - Organizing various events in factory (as per corporate guidelines). - To prepare all monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual MIS of HR & IR activities as per required by Corporate HR / Business Head. - Supported business in achieving productivity & waste rejection - Conducting Legal audits both Internal & External and handling compliances of statutory formalities under various labour legislatures. - Identifying workmen with problem of Absenteeism & other related matters / Counselling / Documentation of the counselling & Eliminate absenteeism. Requirement: MBA, MSW, MA - HR/IR, LLB or PGD from a reputed organisation Atleast 7-15 years experience of working in Human Resource department of a manufacturing/ plant/ factory.
