The Person would be responsible to independently manage following: - Resolving Industrial disputes between Employee &amp; Employer. - Independently handling court &amp; arbitration matters under Labour Laws. - Liaising with the concern respective authorities. - Resolve notice in time received by the various Authorities/Departments. - Attending the matters in the high court &amp; trial courts, EPF Appellant Tribunal, Arbitration, Forums and labour authorities on behalf of the company. - Manage, check &amp; approve the documents and expenses for litigation and review of the documents which can be produce as evidence and advice to the management. - To maintain the court cases and reports to the management weekly. - Drafting and vetting of all documents like letters, notices, counter affidavits, evidence affidavits, replies, objections, written submissions and other miscellaneous documents.
