Treasury Head - AVP 1. Raising funds from Bank for working capital/term loan 2. Preparing end to end proposal 3. Maintaining relationship with existing banks at GM credit level ( PSU) 4. FEMA n RBI compliance regarding ODI investment 5. CMA finalization 6. Adherence to Bank covenants ; Zero non compliance 7. Ensuring working capital loans are within drawing power. 8. Submission of accurate drawing power statement 9. Letter of credit utilization and smoothing of its issuance 10. Daily cash flow / quarterly cash flow working together with CFO 11. Working with Credit rating agency for rating improvements 12. Handling Bank audit / plant visit with banker 13. Ensuring minimum cost / finance charges 14. Timely bank reconciliation and account closing 15. Collateral n timely joint documentation required by banker 16. Monitoring fund & non fund utilization on daily basis 17. Automation of treasury module - Manufacturing with intensive working capital management (will be required to manage 400cr so relevant experience accordingly) - Communication needs to be strong
