JOB DESCRIPTION - AVP Marketing, PEARL ACADEMY  Role Title-AVP Marketing   Location-Mumbai  Reports to-Head Marketing   PURPOSE  As the AVP-Marketing you will contribute in Branding & Marketing Strategies in order to develop overall Marketing and promotion Activities of the campus with providing Creative inputs.  RESPONSIBILITIES  - Manage and coordinate all marketing(ATL), advertising and promotional staff and activities  - Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information  - Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products  - Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects  - Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results  - Work with Brand and Media Engagement teams to agree appropriate media channels and develop campaign media strategies.  - Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are characterized by the highest creative standards  - Developing agencies to achieve optimum output.  - Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.  - Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities  - Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products also studying competitors' products and services  - Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing and technology/digital trends, maintaining links with the industry and incorporating into marketing plans.  - Liasoning with Campus Directors & HOD in order to achieve Dept./Campus branding objectives.  - Good presentation, communication and analytical skills  - Good understanding of digital marketing including social media marketing  - Experience in corporate communications, PR and events  The above description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
