- What'll you do Head, Subscription Sales is the overall owner of Subscription Sales team.

- In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring that the team reaches its sales goals.

- You will be assessing possible issues in the sales process, emerging market trends and competitive landscape and respond to these insights at department level or in tandem with other teams and management on an overall level.

- In our fast-paced environment, you would often move from one task to another, answering questions and acting as a voice of encouragement, analyzing new information and holding meetings, delegating responsibilities.

- Strengthen, train, and coach the Sales Team

- Assist managers in sales strategy development

- Set sales targets and motivate sales team to achieve it

- Plan sales targets with strategy and management

- Derive insights out of sales and operational data and act on it to derive results

- Building working knowledge of their industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Well versed with MS Excel

Work Experience : 3-4 years of proven track record in leading a sales team. Inside sales experience preferred looking from service industry
