We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner for our India operations to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

As TA Lead you will:

- Manage domestic and international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, taking compensation decisions & guiding the entire end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs & agreeing on the best recruitment strategy

- Leverage technology and innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pools and talent networks

- Focus on recruiting metrics like cost efficiency, faster turnaround time, mix of sourcing channels for greater effectiveness

- Collaborate with the campus hiring team for recruitment drives and building a future candidate pipeline
