- Drafting and vetting of legal Agreements, term sheets, bid submissions

- Project due diligence and handling other internal legal issues

- Evaluation of bids (Technical/Financial) for different sectors and projects

- Transactional due diligence for infrastructure sector

- Assistance in arbitration and legal compliance

- Policy review, evaluation and drafting of new policies related to infrastructure sector
