Qualification: MBA from a good institute ( IIMs/FMS/ISB/ SPJ) or PG in Finance/Economics (with econometrics) or CA. Experience : Working on project appraisals/ lending for infrastructure projects with public/ private Financial Institution. Project lending experience in Banks involving appraisal of project is also ok. - Work experience in multilateral funded projects (ADB.WB/KFW/AfD etc) is preferable. Skills : Highly Proficient in financial modelling for infrastructure projects/ business modelling in MS Excel. Knowledge of macros in MS Excel. Knowledge in MS Proejcts/ Primavera and Certification of PMP is desirable. - Excellent communication skills in English &Hindi and dynamic interpersonal skills. Must be a team player Job Description - Prepare financial models for business case scenarios for infrastructure projects. - Carry out risk analysis and risk modelling in software platform (Crystal Ball or similar) - Prepare draft proposals for investment frameworks based on appropriate funding platforms such as AIFs, InvITs, REITs - Co-ordinate with global infrastructure investment agencies such as ADB, WB, KFW, AfD, Pension Funds, PE Funds etc. for soliciting investments to specific initiatives
