Job Description :
- Manage relationship activities with clients in order to expand and retain existing relationships.
- Initiate new sales for the company through the expansion of revenue from existing clients and onboard them on the Paz Care platform.
- Achieve retention targets and improve client satisfaction through enhancement of services year on year.
- Retain and grow business, cultivating relationships with executive client decision-makers in the client organization and educate them about their health benefits.
- Drives the renewal process and implements the client-specific renewal strategy while cross selling and upselling of our products.
- Track claims settlements and technology adoption
- Drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new clients through the introduction of products and services and expertise.
- Travel needed as client requirement.
Required Experience :
- At least 0 to 2 years of account management experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Education :
- Bachelor/MBA with 0-2 years of industry experience. Bonus points for Insurance industry experience
