Role and Background Information :

- Build best in class experience for developer community using PayU products.

- Review the documentation from the aspect of with Userguides, Product demo, Integration tool kits, config guides, use cases, test environment, test casesfor integration, and SOPs for integration support

- Establish processes to ensure that documentation is available, updated, improved proactively with the involvement of all stakeholders.

- Build content engagement with merchants and developers around the API /product upgrades

- Create and publish guidelines for standards and the best practices with the help of stakeholders

- Establish a review process for API/Tools before effort goes into development to ensure that we follow the standards and the best practices

- Ensure that we keep solving and automating the user journeys for repetitive integration issues

- Ensure that we follow the best method and provide the best tools for integration

- Establish a process to gather feedback from the developer community
