Position : Senior Manager - Finance (Revenue Controller) Location : Gurgaon Reporting to : PayU Payments Finance Controller Role Description : - Delivery of an effective accounting and revenue assurance function for a rapidly growing payment business of PayU India. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness of revenue and direct bank cost, merchant reconciliations. This is a team drive role. This position will have one senior on roll (non - CA) and one Temp recourse to support on various execution activities Primary responsibilities include : - Prepare month end closing in terms of Revenue of various payment business verticals and direct associated cost. - Validation and analytic assessments of Revenue and direct cost, work closing with FP&A team on same. - Work closely with MIS and Billing team to avoid any gap and reconciliation issues with Merchants. - To handle new business arrangement, work around to build strong controls, execution and reporting of same - Responsible to manage accounts receivables, highlights overdue and risk to business team and take appropriate action around that. - Manage Banking Operations and bank reconciliation, ensure recording of all collections and adjustments required. - Work with Risk team for any chargeback / doubtful / risk oriented on merchant settlement - Ensure Account reconciliations with merchants and reconciliation with Banks on cost. - Manage relationships with Business and Operations stakeholder - To respond on all quarries from all other functions/department on timely manner - Prepare monthly schedules of balance sheet items Requirements : - CA with post qualification experience of 5-8 years. - He should have mid or large scale corporate experience. - Excellent Knowledge of SAP. - Ability to manage relationship with various stakeholder - Effective communication and problem solving skill set - Ability to articulate and confidently address day to day finance issues
