PayU - Manager - Program Management Office Manager Program Management Office - The prospective candidate will be responsible for developing and program managing a high impact post-merger integration. He/she will be responsible for creating awareness of the progress to key stakeholders as well as prepare and monitor KRA's to achieve set goals. - S/he will report to the Integration Management Office, and work very closely with the team. - S/he must have a significant and positive ability to understand the complexity of the role, ability to break down the larger objective in discrete outcomes and establishing clear goals to define success, build relationships with teams and drive positive engagement. Anticipate and proactively identify potential issues and develop action plans, to address these. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities : Program Management in consultation with IMO and Leadership teams - Break out workstreams - Build tracking mechanisms - Build KRA - Build input and output feedback loops -including governance - Set up projects in necessary environments to effectively track progress and deliver reminders - Builds collaboration tools for project teams. Communication : - RAG tracks against objectives - Accelerate lagging workstreams - Think big, but execute small. Detail oriented and disciplined tracking of outcomes Related Work Experience : - Mandatory experience in Program Management Execution. Worked on ground for at least 6 months in an integration, partnership or merger. - Experience in Payments good to have but not necessary - Program management certifications good to have but not necessary Other essentials : - Relate to core post-merger integration principles. - Ability to contribute to the Integration beyond PMO responsibilities. - Work for a high impact team, and be a self-starter.
