Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Identify the segment and source partnership opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and client visits 2. Researching for the right partners, identifying key players and generating business interest 3. Maintaining relationships with current partners and offering new ways to grow the partnership 4. Developing and building new key strategic partnerships in line with business goals 5. Executing a scalable partner management program from recruiting and enabling new partners to effectively sell and integrate PayU products and APIs 6. Organizing partnership related events and driving initiatives to improve relationships with partners 7. Be a liaison between partners and internal Business Development, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams 8. Identifying new areas of business growth by researching industry and related events. Monitor market trends and competitor's activities Key Requirements: - Knowledge of payment products, payment processing and understanding of SMB market - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
