Role and Background Information:
- Co-ordinate across functions like marketing, analytics, product, engineering, underwriting, operations etc. to achieve deliverables (e.g. engage with Product teams for creating required products, work with analytics and marketing to devise and implement marketing activities for target customer segments, influence policy to get right fit for target customers, conceptualize and create new capabilities in collaboration with internal and external partners, etc.)
- P&L responsibility - generate various revenue streams as per annual plans. Achieve planned business metrics across revenue, risk and net profit.
- Identify new opportunities to cross-sell apart from existing products and co-ordinate across teams to introduce the same.
- Implement campaigns working with risk/marketing/analytics team to ensure acquisition and retention of desired customers.
- Review risk involved in various operations of business and drive changes in risk matrix to ensure the generation of risk-adjusted returns.
- Leverage data insights into actionable outcomes to drive revenue, cost and loss optimization.
- Review business performance against defined targets regularly and design action plans to course correct in case of deviations.
