PayU - Director - GTM Strategy (10-14 yrs)

What you will be doing:

- Manage existing alliances and identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships to grow customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility

- Conceptualize GTM strategy and work closely with partners to identify and drive GTM strategies

- Design, develop and execute the global, regional, and local alliances framework which is in line with overall business plan and execution priorities

- Work closely with a number of key functional managers within the company including product management, pre-sales, sales, and marketing and develop a critical understanding of the end-to-end business needs

- Can negotiate and close partnership contracts and close deals Specification

- Stakeholder management across levels and cross-functions

- Periodic performance reporting - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly

What you- d need to bring to the table:

- Have hands-on and direct experience in building brand new alliance partner/s and driving outcomes and referenceable business results

- Sales experience in a B2B company as the current role, prior experience with a Bank or Fintech an added advantage (Preferably in ERP space)

- Required experience of 8-15 years

- Proven track record in sales

- MBA from amongst the top institutes
