Paytm offer online mobile games through Paytm First Games Private Limited (PFG), which is a joint-venture company of OCL and AGTech Holdings Limited (AGTech). PFG's flagship offering includes Fantasy Sports allowing users to engage in live professional sporting events such as cricket, football, and Kabaddi, for real-money gaming. We are already at #2 competitor spot in fantasy. Fantasy and Rummy are the largest Real money Games in India with a combined Market size of $1.4 Bn in revenues which is expected to grow at 40% CAGR annually. PFG is also an exclusive partner to licensed turf clubs in the country and offers Horse Racing on the platform.

Job description :

Lead the marketing strategy and go to market for Paytm First Games; direct and oversee our Marketing team. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities :

- As the marketing head, you will drive growth and visibility for the brand through digital activation including (but not limited to) performance marketing, social media (influencer) marketing, partnerships and media buying.

- Create and manage product/brand campaigns with high degree of optimization by creating impactful communication and campaign to build brand

- Lead our marketing team & build a culture obsessed with learning and efficiency

- Identify, recruit and motivate best-in-class talent to build a high-performing team

- Shape the company's advocacy, corporate citizenship and PR strategy and activities

- Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market

- Align business objectives with marketing initiatives by defining success metrics and clear KPIs

- Achieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability w.r.t LTV and CAC

- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

- Work effectively with creative agencies as partners, to develop differentiated and impactful brand campaigns

- Develop and implement Annual Operating Plan for Division and oversee for the brand portfolio

- Effectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders for buy-in of strategies to internal

- customers and ensure strong implementation of designed strategies

- Track competitors activities

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the COO

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven work experience as a VP/Head of Marketing or other senior role

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in a populated or monopoly Market

- Experience in building a strong brand following and engagement on social media

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Strong bias for action and ability to initiate, coordinate and manage numerous projects and schedules simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic and cross-functional environment

- Experience of 8-12 years with strong exposure to Brand building & marketing

- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques, Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords

- Exposure to working in Consumer internet companies

- MBA/PGDM from good pedigree institution

- Interest and excitement to make a mark in Sports and Gaming Market a must
