Paytm - Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Growth - Paytm Mall

Requirement :

1. Responsible for analyzing raw data - should be able to Manipulate, Cleanse and Process data using Hive/MySQL and throw insights on the effectiveness of campaigns running on Paytm marketplace

2. Responsible for performing data-driven growth analytics for optimizing growth marketing efforts

Key Skills :

1. Campaign management of Push/ Mailer/ Inapp

2. Manage and own campaign performance against agreed campaign activity

3. Expertise in Engage to create the Audience/ campaign/ banner campaign

4. Working knowledge of internal tools like measurements panel to track the campaign performance reports

5. Creating dashboard in Pulse to track ongoing campaign performance

6. Expertise in Excel, SQL, R/Python, Google Analytics

7. Experience with Big Data technologies preferably Hive

8. Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Grafana
