Role - Sponsorship Manager As a Sponsorship Manager, you'll develop and drive new opportunities and support our monetization efforts for our e-sports. You Are - A hardcore gamer: you've been gaming online since the dark days of dial-up, so you're able to support and advocate for partnerships and endeavors that will excite players and esports fans - An esports expert: you know the global esports landscape and you understand various Leagues in different countries. You have at least 5 years of total experience including considerable esports industry exposure - A high-bandwidth networker: you're self-propelled and agile, able to handle heavy workloads while you build bridges and forge new pathways with promotional and brand partners. - Political pathfinder: You're no stranger to navigating the potential landmines between brands, activation partners and players. You've got a good intuition for politics and know how to navigate towards the optimal outcomes - Culturally astute: You never stop learning about new cultures and traditions so you can provide players a unique, local experience; fluency in English is a must. . - A communications guru: You clearly and effectively communicate in any medium, be it boardroom presentation, conference call or tweet. You're a talented tech translator, able to convert huge chunks of info and data into clear, lively presentations. - A multitasking magi: You're a self-starter, able to simultaneously juggle multiple projects without dropping a ball. You're undaunted by a fast-paced environment, you're always organized and prepared when disaster comes a-knocking - Strategic: Your ability to look past the minutia and see the big picture helps you choose and develop partnerships that'll benefit both parties; you rely on your trusted cohort data to make the most informed of decisions - Creatively confident: You've got an eye for radical new ad placement and a bead on what sponsors desire from innovative ad packages You Will - Creation of sponsoring packages and negotiation with existing and new partners - Seek out potential relationship opportunities with both endemic and non-endemic companies - Oversee all daily tasks regarding sponsorships - Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of each sponsorship ensuring all rights are delivered, activated and tracked - Ensure effective management and planning of all sponsorship rights - Work alongside Brand, PR, Advertising, Digital and Content teams to identify new and innovative ways to integrate the product and content portfolio into sponsorship strategy - Oversee implementation of branded promotions on broadcasts & events across the esports portfolio - Gather market intelligence surrounding esports sponsorship sales and aggregate known information
