The products would be offered at a significant discount if there are minimum numbers of customers buying together within a social network. - The vertical would understand the latent needs of the consumers as well as current seasonality to bring the deals for the consumers. The products available on the platform would cut across categories and price points - The vision is to build a platform that consumers trust and frequent for crazy deals and value buying. - In order to build this vertical, Paytm Mall is building a team of high energy and high caliber individuals who can come together as a team to fulfill this vision. - Incoming candidates should understand the sourcing eco-system from sellers and manufacturers to source products and deals for the platform. Job Description - Continuously explore market to understand market trends, identify consumer demands and identify high selling products to provide insights to the business - Build pipeline of products from suppliers, manufacturers in line with demand and as per quality standards - Work with suppliers, manufacturer to build the products as per the expected pricing and margin structure - Drive targets for the business as per the annual operating plan of the company by identifying and bringing the right set of products to the platform - Define margin structure and pricing of the products inline with the targets set by business - Manage the catalogue structure of the products to the best quality and provide insights on the key selling points of the products - Responsible for NPS of the products to ascertain the customer experience and reduce complaints and returns for the products Profile of the Potential candidate: - Should be an expert in product sourcing by understanding the various elements of pricing and quality - Should have a complete understanding of supplier and manufacturer eco-system of respective category - Have a knack of Indian consumers to predict the product and price points that will drive impulse purchase for the products - Should be conscious about quality parameters of products - Eye for new trends in the market - Should have an understanding of margin structure and basic operations for retail channel / e-commerce / TV commerce platform - Ready to get hands dirty and talk to anyone and everyone to get the right product
