- The role has accountability for delivering top-line for the business and profitability through product capabilities for Pricing and promotions, CLM led Retention, cross-category LTV, Demand planning and assortment. - Revenue Planning &amp; Management for respective categories. - Building Strategic plans for category related initiatives and product developments. - Preparing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) working closely with Top Management. - Managing sales strategy, site operations, sales calendar, promotional events (online &amp; O2O) and discounting for respective categories. - Working with cross functional teams to drive bigger strategic projects and initiatives. Supporting category team in joint business planning meets with brands .
