Responsibilities:

- Ownership of acquisitions and key account management for the region

- Maintain positive P&L for the region

- Ensure GMV/# transactions/MAU targets are achieved QoQ basis

- Setting up goals and evaluate achievements for team members

- Ensure Sales/Growth dashboards and trackers are maintained for Management's reference

Expected profile:

- 4+ years- experience in B2B Sales/Growth. 1-2 years of exposure of Payments Industry (preferable)

- Strategic Thinker, demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve

- Entrepreneurial bent of mind

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal & leadership skills

- Strong analytical skills to define operations/processes

MBA from a premier institute is mandatory
