EDC Retail - EDC is one of Paytm's business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business through simplicity and data driven technology.

About the role:

Individuals will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization, developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

Expectations/Requirements :

1. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

2. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

3. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

4. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

5. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

6. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

1. 8-12 Years of experience in program management.

2. Experience on Content creation and broadcasting will be an added advantage

3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.

4. Proven stakeholder management skills.

5. Effective team management skills.

6. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation Preferred
