Job Description: - Conceptualise and develop a data analytics platform that enables actionable insights for supply side customers and business owners of Paytm's payments platforms - payment merchants, key accounts, field force, regional managers. - Continuously define and develop feature stores, metrics, and data aggregations that bring out new insights - Work with other verticals such as OE and Payments to enable user interfaces for delivery of insights - Develop insights dashboards for internal business users - Evangelize platform capabilities for developing insights through demos and incorporate them in various user interfaces while prioritising new features and roadmap - Own up the end-to-end user experience of all merchant analytics Key skills: - Ability to create easy-to-understand stories with complex and large amounts of data - A good understanding of various kinds and types of data presentation graphs and plots - Proficient with Excel - Basic program management skills - Working knowledge of SQL or Hive (Desirable) - Working knowledge of either R or Python together with statistics (Desirable)
