Paytm - Product Manager - Enterprise

Responsibilities :

- Help in developing and implementing product vision & strategy.

- Meet regularly with the sales team to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new product ideas & user requirements.

- Implement usage tracking and analyse patterns to validate new feature requirements.

- Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities.

- Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.

- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the enterprise partners.

- Manage the cross functional execution of the product roadmap, working closely with design, operations, engineering and business teams to plan and deliver features on time.
 
- Represent the company in product or domain specific conference/events.

- Stay on the top of the market & competitions.

Requirements :

- A minimum of 5+years of experience in product management or similar role

- Have strong presentation, planning and organizational skills

- Ability to think creatively & solve the problem

- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills

Qualification :

- B.Tech/B.Tech. + MBA
