Paytm Payments Bank - KYC Lead Job Description : 1. Lead a dozen independent processes spanning +200 member teams responsible for individual and non-individual onboarding operations at the bank 2. Develop and scale new processes with speed, quality and most importantly in compliance with the regulatory requirement and the risk appetite of the bank 3. Be able to leverage large sets of data to identify bottlenecks, recommend strategies and take them to implementation in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders 4. Improve the standard operating procedures, training manuals and develop future leaders within the team 5. Be competent to not require instructions and engage fully and deep dive into processes; Develop and drive scalable end to end process improvement initiatives with measurable outputs 6. Have an extreme sense of ownership and be able to establish industry benchmarks; Deliverables shall be anytime audit ready Qualification : 1. B.Tech + MBA with overall 7+ years of work-ex 2. Experience in operations and preferably in banking (highly preferred) 3. Regulatory and Risk related certifications would be great to have 4. Proven experience in leading large teams and live operations preferred 5. Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology
