Paytm Payments Bank - Key Account Manager - API/DMT (6-10 yrs)
SKILL SET :
- The candidate must have sound knowledge of API and Payments business
- He must have experience of at least 5-7 years in Corporate sales/payments/banking.
- Must have ability to work with multiple business/cross functional units.
- High energy and can accommodate himself in aggressive work environment.
- Ability to handle high level data analysis.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for existing accounts business growth
- On boarding of new partners following SOPs.
- Coordination with internal and external teams to ensure the closures of merchant's escalations/queries.
- Work closely with cross functional internal teams for timely deliverable.
- Carry out additional research based on the requirements.
- Coordination with partners to get the documents/agreement and data.
- Contract Negotiations with large key accounts
