Paytm Payments Bank - Business Analyst

Job Description :

1. Create new business dashboards/reports for business team by extracting, manipulating & cleaning data from multiple data sources using SQL/Hive

2. Responsible for identifying user segments for growth and end to end implementation of campaigns by coordinating with multiple teams

3. Responsible for building and optimizing SQL queries to suffice data requirements

4. Responsible for generating and communicating effective data driven insights to business stakeholders

Key technical skills :

1. Expertise in Advance SQL (Mandatory) and Advance Excel (Mandatory)

2. Highly efficient in building and optimizing SQL queries

3. Familiarity with basic statistical techniques for prediction and optimization

Desired experience :

1. 2- 6 years in analytics firm or analytics / growth divisions of e-commerce/consumer internet / fintech companies

2. At least 1 year hands on experience in SQL/Hive

3. Ability to work under high pressure

4. Structured problem solving
