- Planning, managing and executing all digital, social media projects and relevant activities for Paytm for Business. - Working closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) and be the go-to person for all current and future social media projects. - Publishing content on Paytm for Business' social media platforms and reporting performance. - Conducting regular analysis and help develop effective and robust digital, social media plans. - Providing pro-active direction &amp; ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects of social marketing. - 3+ years of relevant multi-brand Social Media experience - Social native with proven experience in understanding the changing social landscape - Proven experience in leading a team while also being able to work independently when required - Expertise in content creation including video production - Should be able to visualize and present concepts and ideas - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Demonstrates creativity and immersion in Brand and Marketing Communication. - Experience working with digital brands would be a plus
