Paytm - Manager/Senior Manager - Operations

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Strategically plan, execute and manage warehouse operations and logistics across Fulfillment centers

- Liaise and negotiate with 3PL partners on a daily basis to ensure optimum operational efficiency

- Maintain Key Performance Indicators and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

- Resolve any escalations related to 3PL/Seller/Customer issues

- Supervise, train and coach 3PL and internal operations team with respect to new projects and process implementation

- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

- Develop reports and dashboards for regular monitoring and supervision of key metrics and suggest improvements/process changes

ESSENTIAL PRE-REQUISITES

- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience as a logistics or inventory manager

- Graduate/Post-graduate from a premier tier-1 college (IIT/ISB/IIM/NITIE/NIT, etc.); MBA in supply chain logistics is a plus

- Record of successful distribution and logistics management

- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

- Proficient in advanced excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tools. SQL, Hive, VBA, etc. are a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

- Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Good personal presentation

- Ability to make Decisions under pressure

- Good commercial and business understanding
