About the role: We are looking for Rockstar sales managers to join us and evangelize Paytm's impactful ads solutions across different industries. Expectations/ Requirements 1. Drive GTM plan including prospecting, solutioning, closing advertising deals with clients / agencies 2. Be the primary relationship owner, driving the revenue target for advertisers in the vertical 3. Develop scalable solutions for clients to optimize their usage of Paytm Advertising solutions 4. Maximize representation and coverage within the industry vertical to drive awareness of Paytm advertising solutions 5. Own the revenue targets and deliver expected business projections on a quarterly basis Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role 1. An MBA with 5 - 7 years of digital experience in a Sales function 2. Prior sales experience in the performance advertising verticals - e-commerce, BFSI, Gaming, etc. (min 2 years) 3. Strong track record of achieving set revenue goals and ability to manage large portfolio of clients 4. Analytical acumen, negotiations, good relations with client & agency stakeholders 5. Knowledge on App acquisition, LTV based advertising, usage of MMPs will be a plus Education: MBA or degree equivalent in Sales / Marketing . Why join us 1.
