- Handling multiple sub-teams under the payments merchant support

- Building process consistencies and driving back-end automation to enhance efficiency and process standardisation

- Handle merchant experience, and working with products team to design solutions to facilitate easy and seamless merchant support

- Working with cross-functional teams (business, product, tech, finance) to take feedback and drive initiatives being taken

- Ensures real time monitoring of dashboards to avoid any delay and manages the TAT, SLAs and accuracy as defined

- Guide team in order to ensure the quality of key deliverable to meet the appropriate standard

- Track and record performance of team members

Requirements :

- MBA from tier- 1 institutes will be preferred

- Experience and interest in business operations

- 3 to 7 years experience will be preferred.

- Strong with data analysis, program management and team management

- Prior exposure to tech during graduation, though not necessary, will be an added advantage

Salary Offered : 10-20 LPA
