Paytm - Manager - Logistics/Warehouse Operations

We are looking out for a Manager to join our Inventory Management Team in Noida.

Experience : 2 to 8 Years

Job Location : Noida

Interview Process : Virtual

- Handling sub-teams under Logistics Team

- Building process consistencies and driving back-end automation to enhance efficiency and process standardisation

- Managing day to day warehouse operations and escalation

- Working with cross-functional teams (business, operations, finance) to take feedback and drive initiatives being taken

- Managing day to day warehouse operations and escalations

- Ensures real time monitoring of dashboards to avoid any delay and manages the TAT, SLAs and accuracy as defined

- Guide team in order to ensure the quality of key deliverable meet the appropriate standard

- Track and record performance of team members

- Responsible for Tracking inventory maintenance.

Requirements :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- MBA from tier- 1 institutes will be preferred

- Experience and interest in business operations

- 2 to 8 years post-MBA experience will be preferred.

- Strong with data analysis, program management and team management

- Prior exposure to tech during graduation, though not necessary, will be an added advantage
