If you are data oriented and have prior experience in to Product Analytics, Paytm Mall is the right place for you Responsibilities : - Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition. - Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction. - Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance. - Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s). - Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product. Skills Sets : - You should have 3 years of work experience in analytics and preferably hold an engineering/math/physics degree from a top-tier school. - Analytical thinking, problem solving and a high level of comfort with numbers. - Strong foundations in statistical methods. - Fetching and manipulating large data sets using SQL / Hive. - Analysing and visualizing large data sets: R / python. - A keen sense of business and attention to detail - Understanding and being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders. - Communication - both verbal and written.
