Responsibilities: - Acquisition and Key Account management for Clients - Driving %growth (as per targets defined) from existing Merchants - Managing payment integrations/escalations with these merchants - Studying competitors services/products to ensure upgrades/enhancements in existing products - Perform periodic transactions analysis and showcase best practices for category - Liaise with various intra-department teams (Onboarding, Product, Operations) pro-actively Expected profile: - Prior Corporate/B2B sales/Healthcare and account management experience(preferable) - 3+ years- exposure to Payments industry - Demonstrate strong interpersonal & leadership skills - Strategic Thinker, demonstrate personal drive to learn and evolve - Strong analytical skills to define operations/processes
