Job Description :

- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to garner business for the firm. Proven experience in digital marketing in e-commerce or startup ecosystems

- Understand and manage the flow of leads across various channels including setting out blueprints for lead generation, running campaigns to generate leads for different business verticals

- A data-driven approach to marketing with good working knowledge of Marketing Automation Engines and Attribution Analytic tools to track and report on response rates, CTRs, CTAs, traffic pick up and other relevant metrics

- To coordinate and execute digital campaigns for different insurance products and take ownership right from ideation to implementation

- Working on segmentation (on various transactional/behavioural features), targeting, and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages

- Track campaign performance through defined metrics. Present data driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention

- Constantly identify & test new opportunities for lead generation and user engagement

- Analyze conversion rates and optimize user funnels basis different segmented cohorts, channels and other relevant parameters for enhancing performance

- Understanding of the principles of design for digital communication strategy for designing targeted campaigns for different products

- Awareness of latest trends and examples of industry best practices in the digital space.

- Experience of digital content management, Search engine marketing and optimization, influencer marketing, digital media planning

- Ability to present information and communicate effectively across functions, business verticals and geographies; ranging from conceptualization to full execution while ensuring outcomes.

Role requirements :

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with strong hand on data interpretation

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in e-commerce or startup ecosystem

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Tier 1 engineering and/or management degree will be a plus but is not mandatory
