Paytm - Lead - Category Management - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/NIFT (10-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver the business metrics for the category viz Availability (# of listings, stock availability, # of merchant partners), Sales (GMV, Qty Sold) and Profitability (% gross margins)
- Maintain the balance between MOM growth for current sellers and avoiding seller concentration - so get new sellers for the category while growing business for current sellers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key brands - form JBP, monitor their growth, give inputs on product and growth avenues
- Ensure the category sellers deliver a good experience for buyers in the category
- Do demand and trend forecasting, on-board apt regional supplies basis the same
- Liaise with growth and marketing teams, to optimise visibility matrices to maximise Rev / UPV and plan and coordinate promotional activities
- Optimise of customer delivery matrices NPS, O2S, Returns and Ratings
Profile Requirements:
- Experience of 10+ years of managing a category in an e-commerce set-up
- Business development mindset and strong operational coordination
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail and comfortable working in a ground-up business environment.
