About the Team:

Paytm Deals is a new offering by Paytm which helps users discover Instant Discount offers on offline outlets in the Restaurants, Salon, and Spa industries.

About the role:

The individual will be responsible for-

1. Acquisition / Management / Retention of Gold Accounts

2. Deliver monthly Targets

- Merchant Acquisitions

- Online MDP Conversion

- Txns

- Revenue

3. Formulate Strategic

Partnerships with Merchants via Pre-buy and other Models (Ecosystem Offers)

4. Customer Experience

- Ensuring Equal / Enhanced customer experience via solving forDenials

5. Merchant Experience

- Ensuring timely resolution of merchant queries

Expectations/ Requirements:

Experience into managing and retention of premium accounts, good communication skill, handling merchant queries.
