Paytm Insider - Business Analyst (1-3 yrs)
Business Analyst
- You will be closely working with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making
- You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
- Understanding new trends driving user expectations and behaviors
- You will design and implement the analytical projects for insights that drive the business goals and decisions
- You will be responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports on a timely basis to key stakeholders by leveraging digital tools (viz. Power BI, Analytics, etc.) for business performance reporting, including dashboard of key metrics related to digital & other businesses
Required :
- Penchant for business and persistence to work with data to derive insights
- Driven and proactive in taking initiatives and driving implementation in coordination with the business stakeholders
- Experience in analysing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets in a B2C environment
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
- Good background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS
- Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio, etc)
