Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review & finalize the user acquisition & retention strategy and execute it to achieve the business targets.
- Create multi-channel media plans with proper rationale as per the brief from the brand team and execute it to achieve the overall objectives.
- Analyse the past campaign performance & do extensive market research to recommend the changes in the current media strategy.
- Create & manage the campaigns on Google, Facebook, DV360 & other digital channels. Identify the opportunities to further increase the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
- Build hypotheses and regularly test & measure them to improve the efficiency of the existing campaigns.
- Work with the analytics team to understand the campaign data in detail & make the required changes in our strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the categories team to understand their campaign requirements and get them executed as per the business priority.
- Work closely with the product & tech teams for the timely execution of all the digital marketing related tasks.
