Company : PAYTM Key Responsibilities of a Growth Manager (Campaign Management) : a. Conceptualizing and driving campaigns across the year to drive traffic and sales b. End-to-end campaign management- Offer changes, Landing Page changes, Push/In-App/Emailers, Digital marketing, Offline Integration c. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns and other day-to-day activities d. Detailed campaign analysis and tracking of GMV, UPV, CTRs and other metrics; sharing insights on campaign performance and month-on-month growth so as to aide next month's campaign planning e. Ownership of the complete front-end of the platform from the marketing point of view f. Owning the customer experience for the category; tracking the user journey; suggesting and driving improvements in product/catalog g. Owning conversions at various stages of the user journey; tracking funnels for every sub-category and optimizing the same h. Manage Online Marketing campaigns (on Facebook, Google and affiliates) for the category throughout the month for driving additional traffic i. Managing the month-on-month Social Media Plan (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) as well as the Blog for the category j. Managing UPVs and cashbacks as per the requirement for every sub-category k. Planning the visibility for aligned brands after discussing various aspects with the Sourcing team thereby helping them drive the committed numbers - MBA from Tier 1 college is a mandate.
