Paytm - Growth Head - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Paytm is looking for a self-driven & energetic business leader with strong bias for action to take the Mall business to the next level. As a Category Growth Head you would be expected to drive the Demand Generation, Growth Marketing and growth product roadmaps for the diverse range of categories at Paytm Travel
Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales Planning :
- Manage the top-line and bottom-line targets of the business as per AOP
- Consistently drive higher revenues for the Business through ROI improvement for marketing spends and best in class utilization of traffic
Demand Generation :
- Drive traffic to the categories in a sustainable manner and own conversion improvement charter
- Define the growth strategy of each category to deliver long term growth & user retention
- Plan sales & marketing activations for each of the categories
Customer Focus:
- Gear up the team to generate customer insights through analytics, surveys etc. to identify customer pain points and work with cross-functional teams to consistently improve the customer experience
Product Roadmap :
- Deeply understand customer funnel and define long term/ short term requirements for the product roadmap to improve conversions
- User Acquisition & Retention
- Own the user acquisition & retention targets for each of the categories
The Ideal Candidate :
- 8-12 years of Relevant experience in the Consumer internet industry in similar roles across P&L management and Growth Marketing
- MBA from Tier 1 Business school
- Immense resolve to achieve ambitious targets
- Prior experience of leading large teams
- High attention to detail
- Must be data-driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
