Paytm is looking to hire candidate having 5-8 years of total experience in Compensation & Benefits Management, Payroll Management and Performance Management System.

Job Description :

a) Handling Employees Compensation Benefits, Design & Implementation of Compensation Structure & Benefits, Compensation review .

b) Conducting Compensation Benchmark to maintain industry standards.

c) Handling Employees Annual Performance Management System

d) Handling Employees Stock Option (ESOP). Mandatorily looking for experience in ESOP validation and disbursal.

e) Managing end to end Payroll, Full & Final Settlement & Reimbursement process

f) Handling HR MIS Dashboard, Preparing presentation for Board Meetings.

h) Handling Performance Based Incentive & Statutory Bonus

i) Ensuring that the company's internal HR policies keep pace with the changing legislative landscape

j) Having good exposure in all types of Returns & Compliance under various statutory Acts like Factories Act, Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance Corporation & Professional Tax.

k) Strong experience in SAP tool.
