Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Business development experience of handling large turnover driving accounts in a pure-play marketplace environment. - Be an integral part of planning and roll-out of key initiatives/projects related to new opportunities, processes, customer satisfaction, etc. - Can coordinate and multi-task amongst different business verticals/departments. - Capable of managing the day-to-day business by liaising with x-functional teams with a specific focus on operations - catalog, logistics, revenue, growth. - Maintain the balance between MOM growth for current sellers and avoiding seller concentration - so get new sellers for the category while growing business for current sellers - Build and maintain strong relationships with Key brands form JBP, monitor their growth, give inputs on product and growth avenues. - Ensure the category sellers deliver a good experience for buyers in the category. - Do demand and trend forecasting, on-board apt regional supplies basis the same. - Liaise with growth and marketing teams, to optimize visibility matrices to maximize Rev / UPV and plan and coordinate promotional activities. - Optimize of customer delivery matrices NPS, O2S, Returns, and Ratings. - Additional Perk : Digital marketing / Ad sales experience. Experience in the watches and smart wearables category. Profile Requirements : - Experience of 7+ years of managing a category in an e-commerce set-up - Business development mindset and strong operational coordination - Good negotiation skills - Proficient in MS Office - Attention to detail and comfortable working in a ground-up business environment. - Team handling
