Job Description: Paytm is looking for a Business analyst who can help with the day-to-day data requirements and business insights. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Help business managers with day to day data requirements - Set up automated analytics reports &amp; business dashboards to track the business metrics - Work on generating data insights for the Travel business vertical and identify key growth areas and gaps - Track &amp; analyze key customer experience metrics. - Build customer segmentation and user behavior prediction, models. The Ideal Candidate : - Must be data-driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills - Must have technical capabilities: SQL &amp; Excel - Good to have technical capabilities: Knowledge of at least one of R, Python &amp; SAS - Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights - Degree of ownership in taking things to completion - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
