Paytm - Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Help business managers with day to day data requirements

- Set up automated analytics reports & business dashboards to track the business metrics

- Work on generating data insights for the business vertical and identify key growth areas and gaps

- Track & analyze key customer experience metrics.

- Build customer segmentation and user behavior prediction, models

The Ideal Candidate :

- Must be data-driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Must have technical capabilities : SQL & Excel

- Good to have technical capabilities : Knowledge of at least one of R, Python & SAS

- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights

- Degree of ownership in taking things to completion

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
